Alamance County, N.C. — The Alamance County Sheriff's Office is asking for help in locating a missing teen.
Aliaksandr (Alex) Vlad Malakhov, 15, was last seen Oct. 29 near Western Alamance Middle School on N.C. Highway 87. He is described as a white boy with blond hair and blue eyes, about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing about 130 pounds.
At the time of his disappearance, Malakhov was wearing dark blue shorts and black sneakers.
Deputies said Malakhov, who may be using the name John Cooper, asked people for directions and said he was going to Montana.
Anyone with information about Malakhov's whereabouts is asked to call the sheriff’s office at 336-570-6300.
