Henderson, N.C. — Henderson police are searching for a 59-year-old man last seen on Oct. 25.
David Lee Hargrove has a cognitive impairment, Henderson police said. He is described as a black man with a medium complexion, 5-foot-10 and 160 pounds. He has gray and black hair, a gray beard and brown eyes.
Hargrove was last seen wearing a burgundy jacket with a gray liner, blue jeans, and black sneakers.
On Thursday and Friday, officers searched a wooded area off of Interstate 85, where Hargrove was reported being seen. As of Friday afternoon, Hargrove had not been found.
Anyone with information about Hargrove’s whereabouts is urged to call the Henderson Police Department at 252-438-4141 or Vance County Communications at 252-492-0202.
