Gotta get all of your shooting and looting in before they start the police patrols again.

But seriously, It wouldn't matter if Spring Lake had the highest police officer to citizen ratio in the country. This would happen anyway. There is NO WAY to keep everyone from killing someone. Anyone can walk into a business, restaurant, etc, and shoot someone without being stopped. They will probably be arrested. But not before they successfully kill someone. And I mean ANYONE can do this. The ONLY thing keeping anyone from doing it is MORALS.

You couldn't PAY me enough money to live in Spring Lake much less raise children there. It's a cesspool of crime with no law enforcement. Nice NC, really nice. Hope you enjoyed your trip Gov. Perdue.

I have lived in this neighborhood for 2 years and have never had any problems. Although Spring Lake has always had a high crime rate, the police are doing what they can to sift through the corruption throughout its gov't. WE NEED MORE FUNDING!! Coming home from work last night I noticed the lights, now I can't help but wonder if a stray bullet could have met with my family. It is very disturbing.

Where was the Police! oh nevermind

These people are going to do this kind of stuff whether the law is there, or not. Same old Spring Lake, always has been, always will be!
