Spring Lake, N.C. — Four men were shot Monday evening at a home at 1324 Alden St. in Spring Lake, according to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office.
Paramedics transported the victims to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center where one man died and three others were being treated, authorities said.
Their names were not released. No additional information was available.

But seriously, It wouldn't matter if Spring Lake had the highest police officer to citizen ratio in the country. This would happen anyway. There is NO WAY to keep everyone from killing someone. Anyone can walk into a business, restaurant, etc, and shoot someone without being stopped. They will probably be arrested. But not before they successfully kill someone. And I mean ANYONE can do this. The ONLY thing keeping anyone from doing it is MORALS.
