Zebulon police charged a 63-year-old man with indecent exposure and resisting arrest in a Hudson Belk parking lot Saturday.

Robert Marsden Bryant Jr., of 9485 Highway 39 B in Middlesex, exposed his private parts to a woman in the parking lot of a restaurant at 164 Wakelon Drive, according to a police report.

When officers arrived, Bryant tried to drive away and nearly hit a cruiser, according to the report. He "continued to pull away from officers and reach into the floor board of (the) vehicle after being told numerous times to put his hands up and stop moving," the report says.

Bryant was being held in the Wake County Jail under a $10,000 secured bond. His first court appearance was set for Oct. 27.

According to state Department of Correction records, Bryant was released from prison in February. He served four months after his probation for January conviction for indecent exposure was revoked.

DOC records show Bryant was also convicted of misdemeanor indecent exposure in Wake County in 2004.

I am glad I did not see all of that saggin going on. I would have laughed and told him to get a real job.

omg why in the world bring race into this?? that's wh racism still exsist. and i do not agree that he needs 60 years in prison, my gosh murders don't even get that, that's crazy. if this had been some tatas being flaunted it would never had made the news or been a charge against the woman. he needs help, but not prison

That was wrong of the guy, now he's being penalized. It shows you don't do anything offensive to anyone unless you would like to deal with the consequences.

I don't care how old (or young) you are...keep your stuff covered. If anyone wants to see it, they will ask.

He needs a mental evaluation and 60 years in prison.
