Durham, N.C. — A Durham man working under a car died Thursday morning when the car fell on him, police said.
Diego Esperanza Hernandez, 23, was working on the brakes of a 1995 Ford Taurus outside 1331 Juniper St. when the jacks fell over and the car fell on him, police spokeswoman Kammie Michael said.
Hernandez was pronounced dead at the scene.
