Raleigh, N.C. — A woman broke her neck in a single-vehicle wreck at Norwood Road and Cavanaugh Drive in north Raleigh early Thursday, state troopers said.
The car driven by Louis Davis, of Raleigh, rolled over and landed upside down shortly before 4 a.m.
Troopers said Davis is expected to recover.
Troopers said that speed and alcohol were factors in the wreck, and they plan to charge Davis with driving while impaired and reckless driving.
