Kevin Hinnant Narron, 40, of 119 Aycock St. in Black Creek, was arrested Tuesday in connection with a string of break-ins and thefts, Wilson police said.

Raleigh police located and arrested Narron after Wilson police named him as a suspect. He faces 16 charges involving home and vehicle break-ins, larceny, stolen credit cards and a car theft.

Detectives linked six break-ins between July 9 and Aug. 26 and are investing more cases.

According to state Department of Correction records, Narron was placed on concurrent sentences of probation in February and June. He was convicted of misdemeanor breaking-and-entering in Wilson County and eight counts of passing worthless checks and four counts of obtaining property by false pretenses in Johnston County.

Anyone with information on Narron’s whereabouts should call Detective McKenzie at 252-399-2327 or Wilson County Crime Stoppers at 252-243-2255. Callers can choose remain anonymous and simply leave information. To be considered for rewards from Crime Stoppers and Wilson police, callers must leave their name and phone number.

He's in the Raleigh jail yea! I get the reward they are dumb enought to keep letting these people walk, then they are dumb enoght to give us the money everybody claim it.

It says he was arrested on Tuesday.... but then says if anyone knows his whereabouts to call...??

Yet again, the probation system at work..Put them all in jail..and throw away the key.

"Narron was placed on concurrent sentences of probation in February and June" Now that was throwing the book at him.....

Great that the courts let guys like this out to prey on the citizens. These guys need to be working on a chain gang. It is said it cost so much to house prisoners it couldn't cost much more to have a van full of them picking up trash with one big gun watching them. Oh, I forgot, they have good hearted citizens volunteering to do this job now.
