Raleigh, N.C. — Troopers responded to a vehicle fire around 7 a.m. Monday on the right shoulder of Interstate 40 west, just past Jones Sausage Road.
The right lane was closed, and traffic delays began around the Clayton Bypass interchange.
Authorities declined to release more information.
