Two men, woman arrested in Sanford bank robbery

Fayetteville police arrested two men and a woman Friday night in connection with the armed robbery of a RBC Centura bank in Sanford Thursday morning.

Bank employees told Sanford police that the perpetrator carried a handgun during the robbery at 2805 S. Horner Blvd.

Todd Dominique Williams, 18, of Spring Lake, and Ebony Marie Judd, 20, and Damien Lennox Charles, 20, both of Fayetteville, each face one count of robbery with a dangerous weapon.

The suspects were being held in the Lee County Jail Sunday under separate $250,000 bonds. Their first court appearances were set for Monday.

Fayetteville police said they had recovered an undisclosed amount of stolen money and could make more arrests in the case.
