Nash woman's remains found in Ohio

e-mail print friendly

The remains of a Nash County woman have been found in southeastern Ohio, authorities said Monday.

Nichole Alloway, 20, of Spring Hope, was reported missing to the Portsmouth (Ohio) Police Department on June 10. Human remains were found recently near Otway, which is about 10 miles northwest of Portsmouth, authorities said.

Investigators used dental records to confirm Alloway's identity, authorities said.

Her family said the mother of two went to Ohio after meeting a man online. They said she wasn't happy and wanted to come home.

She went to Ohio to meet a guy she met on the internet. Turns out he had a record as a "child molestor". She was last seen with one of that guysfriends.

Actually I thought they covered it well! From experience we know the police want to know who did it! If you know who did it and someone does, you can bet the bank on it, then the police want to know asap! We have her name you either knew her or you didn't! We know where she lived!

What more do you want? How she was killed? Shot, strangled, kicked to death, stabed to death, etc? If you ever lost someone to murder, this was a lot!

My sympathy as well, but this story or brief gives no information. Maybe it was not foul play.

We need a LOT more info to make this a complete story.

My sympathy to the family and loved ones. I hope they find whoever did this.
