Raleigh, N.C. — A Raleigh man is charged with taking indecent liberties with an 11-year-old girl.
Jairo Ivan Espino Martinez, 33, is accused of abusing the child over a three month period last year, according to the arrest warrant.
He was being held in the Wake County Jail.
