Johnson faces seven counts of second-degree kidnapping, four counts each of robbery with a dangerous weapon and breaking-and-entering, and one count each of first-degree sexual offense, larceny and possession of a stolen firearm.

Durham police officers arrested Jose Javier Reyes Marquez, 36, of Weather Hill Circle, in connection with the same cases last week.

The men were charged in the following incidents:

role models for the community............

That would be Ed Hurley. BHO appointed the former Chief Deputy to be the US Marshal for the Middle District last March.

Good see Marshal Riddick on the Job, I know I can sleep safe at nights knowing he is runing around on the streets!!!!

Please let them come visit me and I will introduce them to my .45 - these folks need a taste of their own medicine and a home invasion gives the homeowner the RIGHT to kill the invaders, no questions asked! I would not hesitate or even give them any notice that I was there.

Did I miss something? Why are we just hearing about this now? These incidents happened in broad daylight not in the cover of darkness not that it matters when you have serial robbers around. Thanks Durham Police Department for the heads up on serial robbers in our mist.
