Apex, N.C. — Police arrested a man they suspect of stealing from cars in several Apex neighborhoods.
Demetris Lewis, 17, was in the Wake County Jail Thursday, held on $185,000 bond. A warrant for his arrest indicates he broke into vehicles on Cameron Woods Drive, Bullfinch Lane, Cassowary Lane, Tie Mouse Lane and Fantail Lane.
The warrant said he took GPS units, CD players, DVDs and other items from the cars.
