Raleigh, N.C. — Police said Tuesday that they have charged a man in a slaying two years ago.
Alexis Ochoa, 36, was arrested in Baltimore and was returned Monday to the Wake County Jail, police said.
Ochoa is charged with murder in the June 3, 2007, death of Pascual Cobix Xolo. He also was charged with robbery in an unrelated case, police said.
Xolo, 33, was found behind a wall at the edge of the parking lot at Sam's Club, at 2537 S. Saunders St.
