Raleigh, N.C. — A Raleigh mother is accused of leaving her 2-year-old child home alone for four hours Sunday.
Loretta Lynn Watson, 29, of 121 Gilbert Ave., has been charged with child neglect, police said.
According to the arrest warrant, Watson left the child unattended from 12:30 a.m. to 4:30 a.m.
Watson was being held under a $1,500 bond at the Wake County Jail.
