when the traffic laws are taken seriously, this fatality numbers will come close to 0. Why are the traffic laws not being adequately enforced? Why are people that break traffic laws and get caught not fully prosecuted? Lets ask these people for answers: http://www.roycooper.com/ http://www.nccrimecontrol.org/

it is just a shame. just because you are in a accident doesnt mean that you were drinking! come on people.

I know of one accident that killed an entire family of four. It involved 3 cars and they think the father fell asleep. NO DRINKING involved.

This is a non-story until the actual numbers are in.

I didn't read anywhere that anyone had been drinking or speeding, stop assuming, wait for the facts.
