Johnston County sheriff's deputies have arrested the second suspect in a fatal shooting that took place at 5505 Devils Racetrack Road Saturday night.

Spokeswoman Tammy Amaon said deputies took Drew Edward Fuller, 18, of 5505 Devil’s Racetrack Road, into custody Monday afternoon. He is expected to be charged with first-degree murder.

Brandon Keith Sims, 17, of Four Oaks, is also charged in the crime.

Deputies found Clevon Jerrell Stewart, 22, at Devils Racetrack Road and Interstate 95. He had been shot, Amaon said. Stewart was transported to WakeMed, where he was pronounced dead.

Regardless of the victim's race I am all for giving them the needle, or worse, should they be convicted.

Let me get this straight. We have a posted story of two suspects arrested for a shooting death... and you're only concerned and angry with the NAACP for something THEY HAVEN'T ACTED ON??!! Who's stirring the racial pot, you say?

DeathRow - congrats on making the first racist post on a story that has nothing to do with race. It's obvious where your head is at. So...if this kid is guilty of murder I take you are all for giving him the needle so we don't have to feed him??

I don't see a picture of the victim. But the name tends to indicate he could be of African-American persuasion. If so, where is the NAACP calling this a "hate" crime? This would be typical for them. They ignore a few hundred black on black crimes, just waiting to jump on this one. Maybe I'm just getting them started.
