Site SearchDurham, N.C. — The teacher's assistant charged with a sex offense got out on bond Tuesday and was home with her family, Durham police said.
Gina Marie Watring, 40, of 106 Cricket Ground in Durham, was charged April 29 with two counts of first-degree sex offense with a child.
She worked at Creekside Elementary School in Durham until her arrest.
According to the warrant for her arrest, Watring had sex with a student on April 10 and April 21.
