Site SearchLillington, N.C. — State troopers charged a woman after a wreck in which a motorcyclist died Friday morning west of Lillington in Harnett County.
Troopers said that Brandon Rodney Brown was riding his motorcycle north on Cool Spring Road across the intersection with U.S. Highway 421. Victoria Allen pulled onto U.S. 421 going east, and her vehicle slammed into Brown's bike, troopers said.
He later died of his injuries.
Allen was charged with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle and failure to yield.
