Four people were killed in a wreck along Interstate 95 south in Robeson County Saturday afternoon, the highway patrol said.

Stephan Campbell, 48, of Dillon, was driving to work at Smithfield Packing. He was driving north on I-95 around 4 p.m. when he crossed the center line, troopers said. He was traveling about 90 mph.

Campbell’s vehicle struck an SUV traveling south. The head-on crash killed the SUV’s driver, Violet Wilson, 67, of Bridgeton, N.J., and passengers Dollie Mills, 73, also of Bridgeton, and Donna Mills, 35, of Marlton, N.J.  The women were wearing seat belts, officials said.

Campbell was airlifted to UNC Hospitals, where he later died.
