Fayetteville, N.C. — Cumberland County sheriff’s detectives said they have charged an illegal immigrant from Mexico with sexually inappropriate behavior with a 6-year-old girl.
Elio Citala-Rodriguez, 28, of 100 Leighton Drive in Pink Hill, is a distant relative of the victim, authorities said.
The encounters happened between March 2006 and September 2007 while Rodriguez was living with the victim and her parents in Fayetteville, according to detectives.
Authorities were also investigating reports of inappropriate behavior that happened at a house in Pink Hill. Investigators say the victim in the Pink Hill case was forced to have sexual intercourse and engage in other sexual favors with Rodriguez.
Pink Hill police said they planned to file charges against Rodriguez.
Meanwhile, Cumberland County detectives charged Rodriguez with first-degree statutory rape, first-degree statutory sex offense and taking indecent liberties with a child.
He was being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $100,000 secured bond. He was expected to make a first court appearance at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Detention Center Courtroom.
Rodriguez was also being retained by Immigration Custom Enforcement.

Othr cultures are just not like our own, and when we come in contact with others in cultures that are so far behind or beneath our own, we need to protect ourselves and our families - because our government isn't doing it.
God bless.

For once, I don't want to see an illegal deported! Let's hit this kid toucher with a dose of American justice and make him pay for his sentence with hard labor.

Seems like every day I'm reading about a drunken driver killing someone, the driver is an illegal immigrant, has 3 prior convictions and 2 previous deportations and they're still here, still killing American citizens.
The administrations change and nothing else changes.

The "Sex Tourists" probably aren't interested in 6 year old girls, but more interested in the 14-15 year olds, there's degrees of sick, and 100 years ago there were a lot of married with children 15 year olds, at no point in the history of the planet were 6 year olds sexually active. I think one is a lot more sick than the other. (Not defending either though.)
And on his immigration status, yeah, if he wasn't here, then that rape would not have happened. If someone on parole that should have been back behind bars kills someone, then that murder should not have happened.
The Government isn't protecting us from threats like this, there's over 5 million Americans collecting unemployment, if these people weren't here, then those people could have jobs.
