Chapel Hill, N.C. — One person was hospitalized after a shooting on Butler Road, west of Chapel Hill, Saturday evening.
Calls about the shooting in the 2900 block of Butler Road, off N.C. Highway 54, came in around 7:30 p.m., dispatch officials said. The victim, whose name has not been released, was transported to UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill.
Authorities have not yet released additional information about the shooting.
