Raleigh, N.C. — Crews completed repairs to traffic lights and police restored traffic flow to normal at the interchange of Wake Forest Road and the Beltline.
The traffic signals at the bottom of the ramp from the Inner Beltline/I-440 East fell down during the morning rush hour. Police detoured traffic in both directions on Wake Forest Road, and traffic backed up in the southbound lanes.
It was not known what caused the traffic signals to fall down.
