Raleigh, N.C. — Raleigh police were investigating an armed robbery Wednesday at the Carmike Cinemas, 5501 Atlantic Springs Road that happened around 9:30 a.m.
Two employees reporting to work were confronted by a masked man with a handgun, police said. The masked man is still at-large. No description was available.
WRAL viewer Willie Clark reported seeing more than "a dozen and a half marked and unmarked cars blocking off the entrance to Atlantic Springs.
