Sanford, N.C. — Police are looking for the driver involved in a deadly hit-and-run on Seventh Street Wednesday night, police said.
A passing motorist found pedestrian Jose Rocha, 39, of Sanford, lying in the northbound lane near Goldsboro Avenue.
