Raleigh, N.C. — Two men were charged late Sunday after a fight at a Waffle House on Hillsborough Street ended in gunfire, police said.
Demetrice James, 23, of 111 Lamm Drive in Goldsboro, and Sean Jones, 24, of 2169 Fox Run Drive in Kinston, were each charged with assault with a deadly weapon. They were being held Monday in the Wake County Jail under $10,000 bonds.
A fight at the Waffle House spilled into the parking lot, and shots were fired, police said. An unidentified person was wounded in the incident, but the injuries weren't life-threatening, police said.
