Raleigh, N.C. — A tractor-trailer overturned on Dawson Street near the intersection of Lane Street in Raleigh around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, causing backups, police said.
Inbound traffic on Capital Boulevard was restricted to one lane, but was cleared shortly before 10 a.m.
The driver and passengers were OK, authorities said.
