Site SearchRaleigh, N.C. — Raleigh police have charged a 16-year-old with murder in the Monday night shooting death of Joshua Jermaine Bryant, 19.
Shortly after 6:45 p.m., Raleigh police responded to a shots-fired call at 1801 Proctor St. and found Bryant. Emergency crews took him to WakeMed, where he died.
Police later arrested Marcus Devon Medlin, 16, and took him to the Wake County Jail. The two men "were acquainted with one another," police said Tuesday morning. They did not elaborate.

Let me try this a third time. The victim was black. The suspect was black. Put that together and you get black on black crime.
WRAL, I am answering a direct question from a previous post. If you do not want to allow this post, please elaborate why. If I can not post this answer then I believe it would make sense to remove the post asking the question in the first place.

I tried to answer your question but I was censored. However, I am saying that people should be concerned when ANYONE commits a crime. I would also go into more detail but then I would be censored again.........
