Raleigh, N.C. — Raleigh police have charged a 16-year-old with murder in the Monday night shooting death of Joshua Jermaine Bryant, 19.
Shortly after 6:45 p.m., Raleigh police responded to a shots-fired call at 1801 Proctor St. and found Bryant. Emergency crews took him to WakeMed, where he died.
Police later arrested Marcus Devon Medlin, 16, and took him to the Wake County Jail. The two men "were acquainted with one another," police said Tuesday morning. They did not elaborate.
