Subject; Assault on Public Greenway in Heritage Lt. Coleman of the Wake Forest Police Department confirms that there was an assault this afternoon of a male subject in the Forgotten Pond area of the public greenway system that borders Heritage Wake Forest Two. He confirmed that a knife was involved but there were no major injuries. The suspect is a black male, approximately 45 years old, wearing a blue hoodie and blue jeans. The Wake Forest Police Department recommends that all residents use the "buddy system" when traveling on any of the public greenway systems in Wake Forest. They advise against walking or jogging alone on these greenway trails. This is all the information the police could give me at this time, as the investigation is on-going.

Moral of the story, jogging and exercise is dangerous to your health. Its safer to sit in a bar and smoke a cigarette.
