Hope Mills, N.C. — An 82nd Airborne Division paratrooper died from injuries suffered in a Wednesday wreck, the Army said Friday.
Spc. Jeremy K. Roebuck, 23, of Splendora, Texas, was in a wreck on Cameron Road in Hope Mills. No details of the wreck were released.
Roebuck, an assistant team leader with 1st Squadron, 73rd Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, joined the Army in June 2004 and was assigned to Fort Bragg five months later.
He is survived by his mother, Melody Clemens, of Splendora, Texas.
