Man, woman indicted in Raleigh homicide

Raleigh, N.C. — A Wake County grand jury on Tuesday indicted two people in the death of an 18-year-old man found Dec. 12 in a wooded area off the 4800 block of Thornton Commons Drive.

Anthony Markice Bowling, of Raleigh, had been shot to death, investigators said.

Jordan Glenn Peterson, 18, was indicted in the murder, according to court documents. Erica Denise Perry, 29, was indicted on charges of accessory after the fact to murder.

Peterson was arrested on Dec. 14 – a day after Perry was arrested.

Peterson was placed on probation in September for attempted larceny from a person, according to state Department of Correction records. Court records show he was originally charged with attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon for a Jan. 2 incident in Wake County. He was also ordered to stay away from Domino's Pizza restaurants, as were three co-defendants and the victim.

In the past year, Peterson was also the subject of a domestic-violence protective order and drug possession and trespassing charges, but all of those were voluntarily dismissed, according to court records.

Death Row I feel your pain...what gives with that comment. As a white male I am so sick of tired of the small percentage of whinners that keeps talking about the "chosen one" etc. Get over your self and do your homework. The "chosen one" as you seem to say was elected not by minorities but by whites. IF every black/hispanic/whoever voted for him he still would not have enough votes to become president, plus not every black etc did vote for him. Also, do you homework on black on black crimes. Until you know the facts which you obvious don't, what you are saying makes no sense..

How do you voluntarily dismiss drug charges? Will someone please notice this time that this man is not fit to live free?

Race has Nothing to do with this story. And NO, black criminals aren't treated any differently than other races. You can believe that if you wish. But you will only be adding fuel to the fire of blacks constantly and falsely shouting racism.

The chosen one has been elected. All that junk is over now. Have you been in a coma lately?

All these "previous" crimes and victims this guy has left in his path. Yet, he was free to continue. As in the case with Lovette and Atwater; this is what happens when the initial victims are minorities. When is our judicial system going to put an "equal value" on the lives of ALL VICTIMS! Our community should NOT BE USED AS TRAINING GROUNDS TOWARDS BIGGER CRIMES!
