Apex, N.C. — Jose Jiminez, 40, of 1705-B Smith Level Road in Chapel Hill, used a child to help him steal electronics from the Circuit City in Apex, according to search warrants released Monday.
According to the warrant, an employee saw the 11-year-old boy shopping with Jiminez in the store Saturday.
The boy put a digital camera and laptop computer into his backpack, then met back up with Jiminez.
Police searched Jiminez's car and found over two dozen electronics including new cameras, iPods, camcorders and computers.
