Raleigh, N.C. — A Raleigh man is accused of taking pornographic photographs of a minor.
Craig Howell, 44, was arrested Tuesday and charged with taking indecent liberties with a child.
The victim was under the age of 16 and the photos were taken over the last five years, according to the arrest warrant.
Police said Howell was a friend of the victim's family.
He was scheduled to appear in court at 2 p.m. Wednesday.
