Fayetteville, N.C. — Fort Bragg officials said Monday that repairs to a gas main were taking longer than expected, and the All-American Expressway between Longstreet Road and Normandy Drive would remain closed until Monday night.
Workers had closed the road last Tuesday and hoped to reopen it Saturday night.
A Fort Bragg spokesman said Monday that repairs had taken longer than expected.
Officials said a contractor working on communications lines hit the gas line.
