Holly Springs, N.C. — Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina and Fairview fire departments battled a blaze Monday at 508 Morton Farm Road in Holly Springs.
The fire was reported at 2 p.m., Mark Andrews, a spokesman for Holly Springs said.
No one was home at the time of the fire, and no injuries were reported. Andrews said the homeowners were on the way back from a trip to Charlotte when the fire department reached them.
The home is a total loss, firefighters said. They had not yet determined what started the fire.
