Raleigh, N.C. — A Duplin County man faces charges of possession of the precursor chemicals for methamphetamine and possession with intent to manufacture.
Allen Earl Alphin, 22, of 166 Alphin Lane in Warsaw, was arrested Sunday in Wake County, according to jail documents.
No other information was available.
