Raleigh, N.C. — Authorities accused a 43-year-old woman of embezzling from a noted, independent Raleigh bookstore over seven years.
Anna Susan Kosak, of 5726 Osprey Cove Road, stole $348,975 from Quail Ridge Books & Music between November 2001 and September 2008, according to the arrest warrant. Kosak worked at the bookstore on Wade Avenue.
Kosak was being held in the Wake County Jail under a $200,000 bond Saturday.
