Hillsborough, N.C. — Exchange Park Lane, near downtown Hillsborough, will be closed to through traffic most of this week to allow for the installation of a protective barrier at the railroad bridge.
The road – accessed from Orange Grove Road and from Churton Street by the Gateway Center – will be closed from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
Motorists should be able to reach locations along Exchange Park Lane, including Exchange Club Park, but they will not be able to pass under the bridge.
