Driver arrested in Raleigh wreck

Raleigh, N.C. — A driver faces a DWI charge in connection with a late Thursday wreck at the intersection of New Bern Avenue and Sunnybrook Road, Raleigh Police said.

The driver’s car struck a van. Three adults and three children from the van were transported to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries, officials said.

The driver, whose name was not released, was arrested at the scene, police said.
