Raleigh, N.C. — A computer problem slowed the driver's license process across the state Monday.
The national database used by the Division of Motor Vehicles to check commercial licenses was down Monday morning, forcing staff to make checks manually.
A spokesman said some drivers had a longer wait, but still got their licenses.
