Chapel Hill, N.C. — The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill wants to raise the bar when it comes to fundraising.
University officials are discussing the possibility of setting a fundraising campaign goal of $4 billion. If successful, UNC would be the first university to ever reach that mark.
Donors just helped the university raise a record $2.3 billion at the end of last year.
The latest fundraising campaign could start next year.
