Police officers arrested Tarrio Tremaine Hemmingway, 21, of Dorothy Street, at Truman and Wabash streets on Saturday morning.
Hemmingway was charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon for the Aug. 16 holdup. He was also wanted on unrelated charges of identity theft and drug possession.
Hemmingway was being held in the Durham County Jail under a $280,000 bond.
