Roanoke Rapids, N.C. — The N.C. Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert on Saturday afternoon for a missing Halifax County man.
Enrique Soto Zabala, 79, of Roanoke Rapids, is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
Zabala is described as a Hispanic man, about 5-foot-6 and 200 pounds. He has short, gray hair and brown eyes.
Zabala was last seen at 394 North in Roanoke Rapids. He was last seen driving a gray 2004 Ford Explorer with North Carolina tag “HD48436.”
