Raleigh, N.C. — Three people from Raleigh were arrested overnight for painting images of male genitalia on a series of homes and cars in North Raleigh.
In all, seven cars and four buildings were spray-painted late Tuesday night.
The three – Kelly Beekman, 17, and Beau Ingram, 18, both of 10812-108 Rio Bluff Lane, and Phong Nguyen, 27, of 8701 Neuse Town Drive – are charged with injury to personal property and were being held on bond.
