Halo I agree with your comment. Now we moved to suing the school for not protecting this "man child". He, like she knew what they were doing. Now it has turned into a money thing...will the money make her son any smarter? Will the money allow him to get back on the team? Some people, and this is sad to say, have never had anything, but when they get an opportunity...oh my watch out. There was another coach there some years ago that was messing with one of my daughters friends, when investigated, the teacher denied it all (afraid that his wife would not accept him, besides he would have had a really bad rep....), but left that young lady scarred. Teachers as well as 18, 19 year old students still in school (how is that) should be held accountable. Take him out of school and place him in that college program over at nash...he shouldn't be able to attend "RMSH"....was i suppose to say that? lol

My response to that would be if they are caught the same thing should happen to them....lose their JOB!

I feel sorry for this woman's husband. He must feel aweful she messed around on him with a 17yr old.

I agree with halo, sounds like the mom is preparing to sue the school for 'not protecting' her son and cheating him out of his education.

I was in her class a few years ago and it was amazing how the boys hit on her - even the other teachers. I never heard of anything like this happening with her and any other students so we shouldn't assume it had based on this one incident. I found her to be kind, compassionate and she really cared about the students she taught - even the girls. I can't say enough good things about her and I would wish people would stop bashing her without knowing the whole story. Anyone can be accused of something - that's why we have the court system. If she did have a relationship with him, he was 18 and considered an adult, why is it just her fault. Everyone has to take responsibility for their own actions, it looks like she has to take responsibility for both of them.
