Rocky Mount Kangaroo robbed

Rocky Mount, N.C. — Two men robbed a Kangaroo Express in Rocky Mount Thursday.

According to the Nash County Sheriff's Department, the suspects entered the store at 5102 Dortches Blvd. around 1:15 a.m. wearing ski masks and armed with shotguns.

They got away with an undetermined amount of cash. No injuries were reported.

Haha, that was a funny headline...I too was wondering where the kangaroos were in RM...as for this making headlines...give me a break.....people get robbed in every city every day all across this state and country.

Conv. stores get robbed inside the Rocky Mt. city limits all the time. We never even get those in the local paper! Then one gets hit and the Nash Co. Sheriff's office investigates and it gets on the news. Could the Chief be covering up something here too?! It is time to clean house in Rocky Mount!
