Raleigh, N.C. — The Special Olympics Midsummer Tournament is being held this weekend in Raleigh and Cary.
Nearly 800 athletes from across the state are expected to compete in events including bowling, equestrian and tennis.
The opening ceremony was held Friday at Dorton Arena.
