Four Oaks, N.C. — A train hit and killed a man sitting beside railroad tracks in Johnston County Wednesday night.
Four Oaks police say the 38-year-old was deaf and was drinking. The man’s name was not released.
The incident happened between Baker and Tucker streets. Train service was running again Thursday morning.
