Vass, N.C. — A Vass man faces charges of taking indecent liberties with a child.
Guadalupe Hernandez Lopez, 17, of 101 Melvin Court, was charged Monday with three counts of taking indecent liberties, three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile and three counts of sexual battery.
Lopez was arrested in connection with an incident involving an 11-year-old child in another part of Moore County.
Lopez was being held under a $50,000 bond. His first court appearance in Moore County District Court was scheduled for May 19.
