Apex, N.C. — The U.S. Postal Service is investigating an allegation that mail wasn't delivered in the Apex area for some time, authorities said Wednesday.
Deborah Yackley, a spokeswoman for the Postal Service, declined to say how much mail went undelivered or the time frame the case covered.
